Founded in 2004, Elite Dance Centre was founded on the basis of superior dance training, personal growth, celebrating student accomplishment and a commitment to lifelong learning.
Elite's founders, Robert and Tonya Leduc, are both highly trained professional dancers, educators and adjudicators specially certified in dance performance and dance pedagogy along with Bachelor of Education and Master of Science certifications.
Their goal was to create a program where all students could work to harness their full potential, learn valuable life skills, develop as positive members of their community whilst building a dance skill base that would take them anywhere they wanted to go.
They created a dance studio that would not only inspire children to learn, but also to teach them to enjoy the journey of learning.
As a result, in 2004, Elite became the area’s #1 dance studio with over 200 students enrolled its first season. Due to Elite's dedication to dance excellence and dance families, Elite has since grown, learned and evolved to be even better.
From the beginning, it was understood that there are dance studioseverywhere. However, there is a large difference between studios. They are not the same.
RECREATIONAL DANCE PROGRAM
Designed for dancers aged 3 and older, our recreational dance program is taught by experienced faculty in a fun and supportive environment. Our classes help students learn and thrive a range of foundational dance skills while developing the skills that prepare them for lifelong success.
